When I opened the parcel the bag of black sunflower seeds was split and spilled out which meant I had to transfer the contents to a separate large bag which took me some time. (being 82 and disabled with restricted mobility) Apart from that I am very satisfied with the delivery and the promptness of dealing with the order

My order was not delivered in the allotted time.Contacted customer services and was informed it had been delivered to the wrong address by their courier DPD. Requested a re-order. Item was delivered with packaging heavily damaged. After this experience I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent bird food
Have purchased bird food from garden bird for many years and it's good quality. However in recent months have purchased most products elsewhere as am now finding it rather expensive. Must admit the birds prefer the expensive food.
